Another way to learn about your team's wellbeing is to ask questions and allow team members to vote on whether they think the team is doing good, bad, or just okay in that area.

Ask your team to write down their votes on pieces of paper. If your meeting is happening online, ask everyone to react with the following emojis:

3. Communication & collaboration (10 minutes)

Seamless communication and collaboration are crucial for your team's well-being, so it's important to regularly evaluate how the team is doing in that regard.

Encourage team members to express and discuss their experiences and thoughts regarding communication and collaboration within the team.

4. Feedback & recognition (10 minutes)

Dive into how feedback is being given and if team members feel recognized for their work. Understanding how your team's feeling about feedback they're receiving can provide valuable insights into the overall team dynamics and morale.

Are leaders and team members kind and respectful when providing feedback?

Are achievements and contributions being recognized and celebrated?

6. Goals & aspirations (10 minutes)

Talk about what the team wants to achieve and how they can improve their overall health. Establish a clear vision and set tangible goals to drive motivation, and ensure all team members are aligned on working toward these common goals.

7. Action items (10 minutes)

Summarize the meeting's key points and decide on the next steps. Assign responsibilities and set deadlines to ensure accountability.
